    The Opportunity

    As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for the overall sales performance of the business.

    Your responsibilities will include, though not be limited to :

  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team, a mix of Head Office based and remote staff.
  • Full accountability for the planning and development of strategic key accounts.
  • Continue to drive improvements across systems, processes and procedures (CRM, call cycle management)
  • Manage collaborative key stakeholder relationships across the business principally in commercial, projects, NPD and Logistics.
  • Run and manage the current client portfolio and assist in the development of new business opportunities.
  • Whilst this is largely a hands-on leadership role, there is a clear opportunity to take on responsibility for strategic key accounts and the development of new channels to market.
