nOur client is a successful Financial Adviser in urgent need of some Admin support. Therefore we have a need for a part time or full time Financial Services Administrator n nAn opportunity has arisen to support an IFA establishing a new branch in Christchurch, Dorset.
This would suit an experienced Administrator / Junior Paraplanner supporting a sole practitioner business. Enthusiastic about providing high quality financial advice and ongoing support.
n nThe successful candidate will be good at relationship building, be organised and hard working. n nYour responsibilities will include n ncommunicating with product providers and clients by telephone, post and e-mail,obtaining product information, entering and maintaining the accuracy of client data.
n nYou will help preparing for and documenting client appointments, review meetings, including analysis, research and recommendations.
n nAs this is a new business, it may involve developing new systems / processes for the business, including implementation of a back office / CRM and client review procedures.
n nThe client is even prepared to offer mentoring to become an adviser if its required n nFlexible hours an option, as is freelance work.
n nHours : 35 per week Salary : u00A318,000.00- u00A327,000.00 per year negotiable n
