Here is a snapshot of your day :

  • Responsible for the delivery of cost effective FM services, general maintenance requests coordination, repairs and site inspections
  • Responsible for the management of all work orders, vendors and work closely with the Facilities Coordinator
  • Responsible for portfolio budgeting and reporting
  • Manage the HSE programme and provide annual HSE inspections
  • Review contractor safety documentation and manage the permit to work system
  • Develop strong working relationships with all personnel and external service providers
  • Here are some of the strengths youll possess and the background youll need to be successful;
  • Experience in facilities management
  • Understanding of financials and occupancy budgets
  • Experience managing contractors
  • Understanding of mechanical / hydraulic and essential services
  • Working knowledge of the current Health & Safety at work Act
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
