    The opportunity :

    We are looking for a Permanent Full Time Financial Administratorto work at the Forsyth Barr Stadium, Dunedin. Hours of work are rostered across the week (min.

    30hrs per week) dependent upon the needs of the business and has the opportunity of increasing to 40hrs for the right candidate.

    As a result total flexibility is required in hours that you can work.

    This is a position for someone who would like to grow in a business and help to achieve very set financial goals.

    Your responsibilities :

    Working in a fast-paced fun environment, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions including cash, providing overall admin support for site operations, managing appointments diary on behalf of senior management (if required), assisting the staffing and hospitality manager and Assistant Manager and effectively utilise Compass Group systems to maintain efficient operations.

    This position will be a key role in a growing business with great opportunities.

  • Experience in the provision of superior customer service
  • Experience in cash handling and reconciliation
  • Forecasting financials
  • Invoicing
  • Understanding of multiple Budgets
  • Previous experience in Administration
  • Team player and able to work autonomously
  • Flexible approach and attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate - in Excel, word, Powerpoint - ability to use IT systems to maintain efficient operations
