Key Requirements of the role :
Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial kitchen
Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for pushing the boundaries
Preparation & creation of a wide variety of pastry dishes following traditional and modern recipes
Proven communication skills
Ability to empower the team by passing on culinary knowledge and experience
Willingness to be hands-on during key service times weekends and evenings included
Ability to follow and execute Food Safety plan and follow company procedures
High personal standards passed on to the entire kitchen team
