Within the Support Team, your job will be to deliver an authentic and personalised support experience that our retailers will love.

What you'll be doing : First things first : you will get full training on our tools and product, and have shadowing sessions with the teamOnce you'll be up to speed, you will have 3 main responsibilities : Respond to technical support queries from our retailers by emails, phone calls or chatCoach our retailers so they can get the most out of our softwareCreate knowledge articles to maintain and grow our help centre (because every problem should be solved once, right?

You will be collaborating with great Venders on a day-to-day basis like Product Specialists, Pod Leaders, Support Operations and of course our wonderful retailers!This is a remote opportunity with a 12 : 00-8 : 30 pm shift (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday) so you will be able to work from home and avoid the Auckland traffic! As training will be onsite in our office in Auckland the successful candidate would need to be Auckland based.
