We are looking for a Store Manager who can support and guide their team by :
Driving sales, profit and working towards the achievements of all KPI's goals
Driving a customer centric culture
Providing leadership, management and coaching
Managing the financial performance of your store, along with effective control of costs
Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising and managing stock
Taking responsibility for the day to day running of your store
Your past experience may include :
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams
Experience managing a team within a senior store management role
Experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with all stake holders
Excellent understanding of visual merchandising and attention to detail

This is a Full Time role and will involve weekend work and flexibility for early starts or late nights as part of the management roster.
