At Stevens "The Home of Kitchenware" we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Manager for our Stevens Albany Store.

We are looking for a Store Manager who can support and guide their team by :

  • Driving sales, profit and working towards the achievements of all KPI's goals
  • Driving a customer centric culture
  • Providing leadership, management and coaching
  • Managing the financial performance of your store, along with effective control of costs
  • Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising and managing stock
  • Taking responsibility for the day to day running of your store
  • Your past experience may include :

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Experience managing a team within a senior store management role
  • Experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with all stake holders
  • Excellent understanding of visual merchandising and attention to detail

    This is a Full Time role and will involve weekend work and flexibility for early starts or late nights as part of the management roster.
