About the business Manco Environmental Ltd is a member of the Manco Engineering Group of companies Manco Environmental is one of NZs largest manufacturers distributors and exporters of specialised mobile and stationary plant for waste minimisation kerbside recycling and materials handling efficiencies From automated sideloaders low entry vehicles multicompartment kerbside collection to fully electric vehicles smart solar powered bins Manco prides itself in finding realistic and robust solutions whilst being proudly kiwi owned and operated About the role Job Summary Are you ready for a new challenge that brings you lucrative rewards Our company is currently on the search for a Sales and Marketing Professional If you are looking to take your career in a new direction or continue your path in sales this may be the place for you You will be offered a competitive remuneration package that rewards your hard work You will be working with designers engineers managers and other support staff to provide information and technical details to our customers You will build relationships with new and existing customers in order to drive business and increase revenue Job Responsibilities Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling emailing or scheduling meetings in person Form new and continue existing relationships with companies creating your own database by visiting potential existing customers in person maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions Attend and present at industry trade shows creating marketing collateral on Mancos product service offerings for these trade shows Give customers inperson product demonstrations and teach them about the features and benefits of each item the Manco offers Report directly to senior management providing information about sales figures goals and obstacles Become a valuable and helpful resource in all of your dealings with customers and create a friendly reputation in the industry Skills and experience Job Skills Qualifications Required Two or more years of experience in sales or customer serviceBachelors degree in business administration marketing communication or another fieldExcellent ability to communicate in writing or verballyFriendly and personable with othersHigh levels of computer and technology proficiencyAbility to meet goals be selfmotivated organized and maintain a positive attitude
