We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Shop Assistant to join our friendly Albany team! This is a year fixed-term for covering short-term extra workloads.
Weekends and Public Holiday works are expected in a retail environment. The potential roster is 2 to 3 days per week includes at least 1 day on the weekend. Responsibilities :
Ensure product knowledge is current and up-to-date across all product ranges
Greet all customers and assist them in finding the product they are looking for
Provide customers with all relevant product information to assist them with decision making
Promote any add on’ or related products and specials to customers as appropriate
Ensure customers are assisted and that their expectations are met throughout the end-to-end sales process, provide hardware and system installing if required by customers.
Ensure guarantees and all relevant purchase information is provided to customers and extended warranties offered.
IT qualification or is a big plus! If you are a hard-core gamer, it will be a perfect score!
IT knowledge including Microsoft Office, Software design, implementation, and end-user interaction, Computer products, and applications knowledge, Computer networking systems
Excellent verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
