Purpose And ObjectivesAs NZ Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for Direct and Channel sales revenue for nominated Partners and Accounts in New Zealand.
The role is responsible for expanding the pipeline and generating sales in New Zealand in order to meet quarterly quotas and company business objectives.
You will work to develop the relationship and loyalty of Enghouse Interactive resellers to build revenue, plus drive new business directly to end-
user customers and also through the reseller channel.This role is supported by Pre-Sales Engineers, Demand Generation and Product Management resources both in-
country and globally. The role will collaborate closely with other sales colleagues in the region to deliver best-in-class Customer Experience solutions.
The role is located in AucklandKey Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesDrive sales to end-user customers and also through the Enghouse Interactive reseller network in New Zealand.
Assist in the development of strategies to increase sales of the portfolio of Enghouse software solutions on premise, hybrid and in the cloud.
Achieve revenue goals by utilizing internal resources to their best advantage.Drive targeted reseller plans at a sales and sale management level.
Explore opportunities with Enghouse integrators / resellers.In conjunction with the Demand Generation leader, develop and drive regional Marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for assigned territoryProactively collaborate with other members of the team to define and execute sales strategies and tactics to increase new business revenue.
Own development of an executable strategy for specific pipeline development that supports the assigned sales goals.Ensure monthly revenue quotas are achieved.
Develop the relationship, loyalty and trust of all resellers of Enghouse products as instructed.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, service and delivery.
Motivate and develop the relationship with all reseller staff to encourage them to optimize opportunities to provide Enghouse Interactive solutions to their customers, thereby maintaining and increasing the level of software sales.
Provide Sales and Relationship-based support to all resellers.Maintain a consistent and regular contact with resellers on all issues that may enhance the likelihood of sales of Enghouse product.
Liaise and remain close with resellers at all levels and become a direct influence in their achievement of sales targets.
Promote additional Enghouse product brands to our partner network.Knowledge And Experience10+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Channel ManagementExtensive experience in a hunter’ sales role focused on new logo customer acquisitions.
A deep understanding of core Contact Centre applications and associated technology’s such as Self-Service platforms, Quality Management solutions and Attendant Consoles.
Proven success in meeting sales and profitability objectives.Extensive experience in all aspects of Reseller Relationship Management and Indirect Sales best-
