Large-scale developments that are built to last

This is a role for someone with a background in commercial construction and experience with residential developments who truly cares about proper workmanship and a job well done.

Because we own all the buildings we develop, and we're building them to enhance our residents' well-being, we do not compromise on quality.

Our project managers take full responsibility for the delivery of our village. You will have accountability to deliver the Village to the highest safety standards whilst maintaining a well panned and efficient sequence of works.

You will have accountability of budget and demand the highest standards.

You'll work on the pre-construction, delivery and project handover which includes multiple staged deliveries . You will build the project team and engage our stakeholders and champion our One Team values, embrace our culture and foster strong internal and external relationships.

About you

  • You will put Health and Safety at the forefront of everything you do
  • You will never compromise on quality
  • Tertiary qualified (or relevant trade background) in a related discipline and significant senior experience manging high quality projects
  • Have a proven track record in end to end construction project management
  • Strong ability to quickly and effectively identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to run programmes totaling around $200m over 3-4 years which will include a commercial building of around $33m.
  • Enjoy stakeholder management and leading a range of people from all areas of our business
  • Good understanding of procurement and supply chain challenges
  • Ability to apply risk assessment and management principles
  • Tangible results, a booming business - and heart and soul

    You'll be the top person on site, so you'll already be a technically sound team leader and a confident, personable sort who enjoys stakeholder management and working with a range of people from all areas.
