About this opportunity

Our Customer Experience (CX) Designers use human-centred design methodologies to deliver contextual, connected and relevant experiences in the end-to-end journeys of our customers.

They reshape the customer experience to drive brand affinity, product or service adoption and utilisation, while focusing on customer success balanced with business outcomes.

More about the role :

As a Customer Experience Designer , you will have a passion for understanding the customer needs and using your experience in design, testing and customer research skills (qualitative and quantitative, including Voice of the Customer), you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify pain points and drive opportunities from concept design through to validation of final experiences.

Customer experience works hand-in-hand with digital experiences and so you will collaborate with digital experts to understand and develop innovative and personalised experiences.

Your ability to be adaptive will help you cater to basic capabilities, overcome barriers and contribute to establishing best practices for customer experience design across the customer journey.

You will ensure customer outcomes delivered by the Value Stream squads all connect and synchronise to form a cohesive, brand aligned customer experience.

About you :

  • Business / related qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in customer experience design, using human-centred design methodologies, delivering sustained customer value
  • Experience in customer research techniques
  • Proven track-record of working collaboratively and engaging a broad range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal and visual) ideas, strategies and designs clearly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of development
  • Demonstrated mindset of agility and a flexible and adaptive working approach
  • Having worked in an agile environment is advantageous
  • An interest in the customer experience design profession within the industry
