Process Support Leader - Auckland International Mail CentreNew Zealand Post are charting a course towards a big future we choose to be bold and nothing will get in the way of delivering what our customers care about.

Based out of the International Mail Centre, we are looking for a new Support Leader for our Inbound team for a permanent opportunity.

You will lead by example and be comfortable with "getting your hands dirty" to help out when needed. We are looking for a dedicated, practical team player, with some previous experience working in a busy team! You're the type of person who takes a hands-on approach and demonstrates a commitment to safety while fostering a high performing, positive team culture! 00am - 14.30pmSunday : 06.00am - 14.30pm AND Monday to Thursday : 09.30am - 18.00pmMonday to Friday : 09.30am - 18.00pmThings that are important for this role :

Excellent coordination skills and ability to maintain productivity across the team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

A reasonable level of physical fitness to help with lifting when required - our parcels weigh up to 25kg

Ideally, people management experience within a busy, fast paced environment

Ability to identify areas of improvement and provide solutions

Computer literate
