About the role

Lead 8 direct reports across two collaborative team's located in Whanganui Central, Manawatu. This permanent full-time opportunity reports directly to Group Manager - Customer Experience and includes :

  • Assigning and coordinating the work undertaken by the Customer Services Team
  • Leading a diverse team of Customer Services Officers
  • Producing monthly reports to review team performance and opportunities for process improvements
  • Monitoring operational performance
  • Shape and mentor the teams to succeed

  • Proven working experience leading a team in a customer service environment
  • Proven professional experience mentoring and developing staff
  • Experience monitoring and identifying trends, backlogs and areas of concern
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service
