    We are looking for a service administrator to be part of the Case and Contact Management team within our Covid-19 unit in the Public Health Service.

    Case and Contact investigation : First calls to cases and their households to find out the source of their illness and anyone they may have Exposure Event Investigation : Talking to business owners and investigating likely contacts at any place the case has been while Case and Contact Monitoring : Completing daily follow up with the cases and their Outbreak Management : working with businesses to ensure they have appropriate management plans in place for dealing with an

    You must be able to work between 8 - 10 hours a day in a seven day a week roster. There are part-time and full-time work opportunities.

    You will have excellent IT skills and you will be using the National Contact Tracing Solution (NCTS) information
