What will your typical day look like?

  • You will work with a team of passionate colleagues, coached by Leaders, working on some of our client’s and New Zealand’s most complex and pressing issues.
  • You will be working with client executives across a wide range of exciting organisations to understand their challenges and solve their most difficult strategic issues.

  • You will work in multi discipline teams that bring together strategy, technology, commissioning, operational intelligence, people and performance, and many other specialists, working towards a common purpose and outcome.
  • Your roles may change, from ideation through to design, implementation and operations, depending on client needs and the impact we seek.

    Who are we looking for?

  • We are looking for anyone with 2-10 years’ demonstrated experience in managing and delivering business activities. We are open to your background, and would consider anyone who has been in a consultative role across any discipline, including technology, marketing, business management, strategy, or human resources.
  • In addition to having business experience, we are looking for someone with :
  • A growth mindset who embraces innovation and has a track record in finding and applying digital tools to improve business outcomes.
  • Strong quantitative and analysis skills, able to uncover the heart of problems, identify root causes, offer clear solutions and drive change.
  • Ability to communicate, present and contextualise complex ideas concisely and accurately while adjusting style and tone to suit your audience.
  • Ability to understand client issues and work with a cross-functional team to meet these challenges head-on.
  • An evidence-led mind-set, which researches facts, thrives on analysis and is judicious about making objective choices.
  • Experience and passion for developing and mentoring a diverse and inclusive team : If you have experience already, then you enjoy seeing the next generation of practitioners grow and develop and you take pride in mentoring them.
  • A high level of expertise in the suite of Word products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ideally your background and track record would also entail :

  • A background in delivery of technology or business change projects.
  • Experience in facilitating cross-agency or diverse stakeholder groups towards a shared vision and joined outcome.
  • An interest in business development, potentially even a proven ability in sales.
  • Experience in data analysis tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • A cross cultural background, with the ability to speak more than one language, with an appreciation of different cultures and preferably some experiences in a Maori or Pacific context.
