Our AA Centre in Manukau seeks an experienced manager to run the day-to-day operations of this insurance and customer sales environment.
What will you be doing :
As the Centre Manager you will be motivating and leading a team to deliver product growth for the following :
You will be able to use your previous experience to guide and lead your team to achieve exceptional customer service leading to great customer outcomes and customer retention.
Your proven coaching experience will inspire our team of customer sales consultants to meet KPI's and service targets
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following competencies :
