Lead Front End Developer

We arelooking for an outstanding Lead Front EndDeveloper . This is a great opportunity for an experienceddeveloper to take a leadership role on an exciting new e-commwebsite project as well as smaller web applications.

The role leadsa team of offshore developers and is responsible for technologystrategy, project delivery, technical leadership and coaching andmentoring the team.

Ourideal candidate must have :

Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development across the full stack

Experience with Microsoft stack including .Net Core, .NET 6 and experience developing highly efficient Restful APIs

JavaScript and TypeScript skills associated with ReactJS / NextJS and knowledge on Tailwind CSS

Hands-on experience working with MS SQL databases and ORMs

Microsoft cloud-based application development and maintenance exposure

Strong verbal and written communication

Experience managing external developers, evaluating work and ensuring best practice approach is adhered to

Proficiency in object-oriented design patterns and knowledge of methodologies such as microservices, clean architecture, and SOLID principals

Ability to understand business requirements and enthusiasm for taking on challenging problems

Can do attitude
