Short Description : Looking for SAP Successfactors Consultant in Auckland.
Roles and Responsibilities :
To facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Successfactors with tight integration to S / 4HANA, Ariba & Concur to cater to the business requirements.
Take ownership of the design requirements for all changes in Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation and Succession planning.
Propose and present solutions to the stakeholder groups for endorsement.
Engage with business stakeholders for any discussions and solution playback sessions.
Engage with technical teams for any developments involved and ensure the object is delivered.
Identify business scenarios for integration testing and business testing support.
Provide Functional Specifications to technical team for any custom developments
Provide guidance on test plan on how to test SAP functionality for the required Business processes and ensure that all scenarios are covered.
Conduct unit tests based on customer defined scenarios.
Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements.
Identify the cutover tasks for the objects assigned. Participate in dress rehearsal sessions for the project cutover.
Manage data migration, cleansing and related activities.
Engage with the Client teams for change deployment and transition support.
Document and update the existing SAP Business Process and work with IT and business units to modernize the SAP environment.
Skill / Competencies / Experience :
Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
14+ years of experience in IT.
Experience in design, configuration and testing of Successfactors Modules.
Experience in design and testing of interface to PayGlobal along with driving parallel payroll testing.
Experience in design, configuration and testing of Interfaces.
Sufficient knowledge required for solution Architecture, application design and delivery of Successfactors solutions.
Experience in developing and maintaining functional documentation for all SAP interfaces.
Excellent customer facing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
