Our client who is a well-known membership organisation is looking for a well spoken and confident candidate with great customer service skills to join their team.
This is for an ongoing temporary assignment starting as soon as possible.
In this role you will be responsible for answering queries that come in through various channels including phone, email and social media regarding membership, qualifications, professional development, immigration and other general queries.
Further to this, your duties will include maintaining their customer database, checking documentation and processing applications along with providing accurate advise and information to both existing and prospective members.
