We are seeking an exceptional clinical leader to support a portfolio of villages and care centers to be based in Christchurch.

About the role

  • ensure our services meet the sector standards.
  • support a continuous quality improvement focus across your village portfolio.
  • contribute to national initiatives.
  • It is an exciting time to join the Summerset team as we move forward with our clinical strategy which has a clear focus on person-centred care, supporting people with dementia and ensuring clinical expertise in supporting residents in a palliative and end of life phase.

    Success in the role is demonstrated when the desired models of care are developed, implemented and monitored across your portfolio of village's and a continuous improvement approach to ensure the model continues to meet the needs of the residents.

    You will have

  • a current practicing certificate
  • strong clinical skills and knowledge of the aged residential care industry
  • know DHB standards and compliance requirements
  • have a genuine passion for helping create an enjoyable lifestyle for the elderly.
  • Your people skills will be your biggest strength and an ability to support and enable front line teams to be successful in their roles.
