Are you a graduate developer who loves trouble shooting and also building solutions to enhance performance? In this newly created role we are looking for someone to join our new business systems team.
Working with the business systems manager and VP Global operations you will be in a hands on and busy role where no two days are the same.
We have recently upgraded and improved our D365 / Salesforce solution and are now looking to build upon our success.
This role requires someone who is a self-starter and able to work on their own initiative. You will have a thirst for knowledge and always be learning and a great team player! You will be working in a fast paced team and have excellent communication and a can do attitude! We are looking for a graduate that's willing to learn and grow - we provide the training and you bring the growth mindset!
Responsibilities include :
Ability to translate and build the agreed upon solutions within platform, using as much out of the box functionality as possible to bring our solutions to reality
Able to work with our internal customers to understand the unique business challenges and initiatives and to gather business and technical requirements in a consultative manner.
Maintaining knowledge on applications and using knowledge repositories such as Confluence to record relevant system and product information including implantation and licensing information.
Able to translate business requirements into technical specifications via presentations and formal documentation and develop presentations and demonstrations to prove a solution’s business value to the business.
Perform QA and provide UAT documentation on solutions prior to deployment
Provide first line user support and troubleshooting and escalating as required
Documenting user stories and solutions to technical and non-technical audience
Ticket and task triage using JIRA from user requests
Understand the entirety of the business systems landscape and how platforms interact
Requirements
A relevant Graduate Degree (e.g. Computer Science) or at least one year's work experience in a related field. Other competencies include :
Demonstrated technical skills with some programming and data experience desired
Strong logical and analytical thinker, and able to think of innovative ideas on the fly
Proven problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills oral and written
Ability to communicate technical concepts and information to non-technical people
Desire and ability to work directly with internal customers
Organisational skills, you manage your time and deliver on your commitments
Team Player with a growth-mindset
