Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic and confident Account Manager to join their highly successful and supportive team.

Joining this company would be to join a cohesive team of industry professionals each dedicated to performing a function operating as one to create a culture of success.

About the role

You will be working across a wide variety of market segments. You will have the complete product offering to take to market along with the ability to use your creativity to customise certain products for each customer's needs.

You will be looking to expand the product portfolio within an extensive client base along with using your network, a strong brand name and product offering and referrals to source new opportunities within the market.

About yourself

The attributes for the successful candidate :

  • Proven track of work experience in phone-based roles (account management, customer service, up-selling, cross-selling, business development)
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Proactive and tech savvy
  • Have an ability to make things happen without the need for substantive structure and processes
  • A positive and tenacious attitude and an unyielding passion for success
  • Extensive social and business networks and excellent communication skills
  • Culture
