About the role
We are currently looking for five Customer Service superstars to support our New World and PAKnSAVE Christmas Club Team, based at our Customer Service Centre in Palmerston North.
This is a Fixed Term role from the 19th October 2020 17th January 2021.
The hours for each Fixed Term Opportunity are between 8.00am 8.00pm , Monday to Sunday (40 hours per role) on a rostered basis.
Each role focuses on building and retaining relationships with customers, ensuring a superior and professional level of customer service is provided in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities and duties include :

Successful candidates would ideally have the following Professional / Technical expertise :
Fantastic phone manner and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills,
Experience in customer service and a proven team player!
A quick learner with the ability to work unsupervised,
Salesforce and SAP experience preferable.
