Our successful candidate will work with our existing two Supervisors to ensure our team is delivering exceptional customer service and providing a timely and professional service to every opportunity presented to us.
As our Contact Centre Supervisor, you will report to our Contact Centre Team Leader and will be the go-to subject matter expert for our team members.
You'll be responsible for one on one coaching sessions with our team to drive development and engagement while also being involved in the recruitment and training of our new team members.
