We are looking for a fresh and outgoing new face to join our administrative team who are charged with supporting our talented software engineers, to integrate our amazing video technology into products for a broad range of high-

profile companies from the hottest US tech startups, to large international consumer brands. This is a part time role, you will be able to choose your hours depending on your circumstance.

As a valued member of the team, you will not only work on a wide range of administrative tasks, but you may have an active role user testing some of our video solutions.

  • including flying drone cameras, wearable cameras and smart cameras that plug into the internet of things...
  • On a day-to day basis you might be :

  • Performing basic accounting including reconciling accounts on Xero, making online payments and data entry.
  • Filing and maintaining information databases as directed
  • Managing staff leave and expense claims
  • Assisting with the generation of travel itinerates for staff
  • Responding to office phone calls
  • Assisting with meeting requests and email filing where practical
  • Organising and preparing contracts, NDA’s and important documents as required.
  • Replenishing office supplies
  • Purchasing
  • Making fresh juice daily for the team
  • Shipping both nationally and internationally (FedEx and NZ couriers).
  • Updating sales and customer communication documentation
  • Welcoming office guests
  • And of course . taking home some of our products to use and give feedback on
  • You will

  • Be a confident self starter, and have the ability to execute ideas without extensive direction.
  • Have excellent Microsoft skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Be a quick learner who is not afraid to ask for help.
  • Have some background or an interest in accounting software such as Xero.
  • Have the ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously;
  • Enjoy working in a team environment with an appreciation of working with a diverse range of personality types
  • It would be great if you .

  • Have an understanding or interest in using the Adobe Creative Suite i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, In Design.
  • Have some interest in workplace experience, wall graphics and office design
