Full time 12 month fixed term, starting Dec 2018 Join the Pharmacy of the future! If you have what it takes to become an excellent pharmacist, then we have one of the best training grounds for you, in order to achieve this.

We have an internship available within Haumanu Pharmacy (our onsite retail pharmacy) located on the Middlemore Hospital site, a large and progressive tertiary teaching hospital in South Auckland.

We serve a diverse population and therefore, the associated range of health issues we encounter on a daily basis, is a great training ground for a pharmacy graduate.

While gaining experience in the primary care pharmacy, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical pharmacy skills, due to the model of care we adopt that promotes integration of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy care.

You will have the chance to participate in the hospital pharmacy’s well developed CE programmes and collaborate with the inpatient pharmacy interns to enrich your learning experience.

Our onsite community pharmacy is a new age pharmacy with robotics and integrated clinical systems that enable high quality pharmaceutical care delivery.

The range of clinical scenarios you will experience and learn about will set you on a great career pathway for the future.

If you want to undertake pre-registration training with us, submit your application as soon as possible! We can offer you a training program where our interns are professionally supported in a constructive and collaborative work environment.
