The purpose of the role is to assist with the design and delivery of creative, innovative and impactful learning solutions which drives the development of the capability required to deliver the Transport Agency's strategy.
This involves supporting the design and delivery of complex and dynamic learning solutions, in line with our people / leader expectations and DNA, to drive capability uplift, respond to the changing world of learning and transforming our learning and development programmes to meet the needs of our people.
You will bring your adult learning and instructional design experience to design and implement learning initiatives, processes and frameworks.
You'll have a collaborative and customer focused approach, to allow you to work closely with people leaders across the organisation to advise on training and development opportunities.
Your experience in digital learning and Te Reo Māori would be a bonus in this role, as well as a keen interest in new learning frameworks and trends.
