As a Marketing Automation Specialist you will build, execute and optimise high quality marketing automation programs that deliver key business outcomes (revenue growth, customer retention, NPS) across a range of channels including email, text, push, social, direct mail and telesales.
Using your analytical ability you will test, measure and iterate customer campaigns to continually improve the customer experience and business outcomes.
What Will I be doing?
Build and execute marketing automation that delivers to company objectives :
Understand commercial and engagement objects and translate these into campaign logic that delivers the expected outcomes
Construct campaign automation to constantly improve customer outcomes and agent engagement, including A / B testing, hypothesis testing
Build simulation of new offers in development environments and work with commercial managers to refine presentation and targeting to maximise return
Ensure efficient end-to-end campaign execution :
Identify data requirements (static and real-time) that will deliver optimal campaign outcomes, working with CVM Analytics, BI and Technology teams to incorporate data flows into campaign automation tools
Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of the campaign data
Ensure customer campaign journeys in an omni-channel setting are consistent, consecutive and build towards a desired outcome
Drive optimisation of campaign fulfilment through digital, real-time capability
Manage offer portfolio to optimise commercial outcomes :
Review campaign results and make recommendations to commercial and engagement managers of improvement opportunities based on analytical insight
Present offer performance to channel partners
What Will I Bring?
3+ years of knowledge and experience of customer driven marketing techniques and processes
Proven experience with Marketing Automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Understanding of data driven marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics and lead management / nurturing programs beneficial
Exceptional logical thinking and ability to simplify decision making
Ability to analyse and manipulate data
High attention to detail and high level of accuracy first time
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a positive attitude
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent planning and coordination skills
