Office Administrator (CR448) Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Wellington. Experience within the Fruit / FMCG industry will be beneficial. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Attend to switchboard and reception desk
  • General administration and filing
  • Make all company travel arrangements
  • Manage office equipment and maintenance of building
  • Invoicing and data capturing
  • Manage office stationery, marketing material and dry store goods
  • Scheduling of meetings in boardrooms
  • Manage security system
  • Coordinate office functions
  • Manage company pool vehicles REQUIREMENTS :
  • 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Travel arrangements
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Computer literate
  • Must be proficient in English and Afrikaans
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Organized and able to coordinate
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Efficient and disciplined
  • Able to follow clear instructions
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well-presented and professional, with a friendly personality and positive attitude SALARY : R10 000 R13 000 CTC STARTING DATE : As soon as possible.
