The fabulous and ever-busy Coene’s Bar & Eatery is looking for a new Assistant Venue Manager! The waterfront location serves everyday and is a non-stop, fun-loving venue.
Do you think you have what it takes for the role as Assistant Venue Manager??
As the Assistant Manager your role is to run the establishment on a shift by shift basis, reporting directly into the Venue Manager.
Your primary role is to be a fantastic host to our customers and the local community. We expect every staff member to know the names of all the locals and them to get to know you.
You're expected to be able to manage a team, pushing them to execute Wellington Hospitality Group’s vision for providing exceptional customer experiences.
What we are looking for?
A great communicator
Ability to be an awesome host and to create excellent customer experiences
Disciplined and able to have strong control of a busy restaurant & bar
Have a passion for good friendly service and an absolute pro on the floor
Valid Manager’s license essential
Ambition, commitment to the role and a love of the service industry
An outstanding employment history in the hospitality industry is essential and at least 2 years at management level
