As Organisational Development Lead, you will lead the delivery of the New Interislander People and Workforce Strategy to ensure our people are change ready for the future and our workforce is established, enabled and engaged to deliver our new way of operating.
The primary responsibilities of this role will develop and implement the organisation's people and workforce strategy, future organisational design, workforce planning and help shape the organisational culture strategy.
The role will operate at both the strategic and operational level, ensuring people and organisation initiatives are integrated with other operating model changes like data, process, technology and customer experience.

About you :
We are looking for a driven individual who is comfortable operating in a busy and political environment. You will have 9+ years experience in a relatable people leadership role along with a collaborative and engaging leadership style.
You will bring a proven and deep capability in the execution of successful and innovative organisational development strategies.
Ideally, you will also bring experience working in unionized environments.
