This is a part-time role up to 30 hours a week and would suit a high school or University graduate. We are offering a six-month fixed term contract , which could turn into a permanent role for the right candidate!The HR Administrator is a hands-on role where you will assist the HR team with various administrative based tasks.

The right person will be organised, process oriented and tech-savvy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and be able to pick up new systems quickly and easily).

We are a fast growing software development and professional services company, so you will need to be innovative and clever to keep the energy and creative spark alive.

ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional front of house services, reception and administrative support to ensure all building and staff needs are metAssist the HR team in various activities such as writing internal communications, organising corporate events and some core HR tasks (such as recruitment, onboarding etc.

Support Health & Safety activities as requiredManagement of documentationAssist with growing the culture and performance of the businessRequirementsPrevious experience in office administration, administration support or a similar roleAbility to learn new processes and systems quicklyHave excellent written and oral communication skills being able to communicate with people at a range of different levelsAdministration and organisation skillsProven ability to build close working relationshipsDesire to contribute to building culture and engagementBe competent with the Microsoft Office suiteBenefitsWork in a fast-paced, informal environment with a great bunch of highly, skilled, passionate people who freely share knowledge and a great team spirit.
