The Role :
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable person to join their team. Temporary position to cover maternity leave from end of February for approx 6 months.
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Account Payable tasks
Assist with Receivable duties when required.
Process daily banking
Deal with customer queries
Process and document credits and journals
Reconcile customer accounts, payments, invoices etc.
Update and record all relevant customer information
Weekly and monthly reports / statements
Open new account with credit terms
Recover outstanding debt and liaise with collection agency when required
Assist accounts team
Ideal Candidate :
Do you have Accounts Payable experience? Pick up new systems and procedures quickly? If so, then we want to hear from you asap.
Able to start end of February for approx 6 month assignment
Experienced in Accounts Receivable and Payable
Dealt with collection agencies when required
Customer service experience
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of LS / 10 Accounting system
Understand reconciliation and credit control processes
Pass pre-employment drug test
