Your work :

based in Christchurch

provide effective day to day leadership to the Local Host crew

provides training and coaches new and existing crew members

working within a team of leaders to actively partake and contribute to the recruitment process

identifies areas for process improvement and escalate recommendations to the manager

effectively undertakes the 'Duty Manager' role when require

work with customers to create unforgettable experiences

About you :

customer centric with an ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters

prove leadership experience, preferably in a customer service environment

experience in retail or sales, including up-selling and cross-selling (bonus)

Ability to handle surprises & change and offer solutions

outstanding interpersonal skills

a full and current driver's license
