About the roleAs a Customer Lead, you will be accountable for developing and maintaining key relationships, with a focus on growing both business and mindshare across select large enterprise and government customers in the portfolio.
Developing networks, both internally and externally, will be second nature to you. Being able to bring together the best of Spark to deliver fantastic customer outcomes that will help them win big in a digital world is what it's all about.
10+ years experience in senior sales and account management with consistent success and achievement in Digital sales. Experience in the Enterprise and Government sectors is preferableStrong customer focus, identifying solutions that help our customers deliver better business outcomes for all New ZealandersResponsible for strategy and engagement including relationship management (to a CXO level) and account planning using key sales toolsThrough outcome-oriented customer focus, achieve KPIs including growing existing customers and converting new leadsOutstanding communication and negotiation skills, including ability to craft bids and win competitive pitchesAbout youIt's our culture which makes Spark such a great place to work so we will be looking for individuals that contribute to that.
