About the role

T2 are looking for Seasonal Casual Sales Assistants to join the teams at T2 Queen St, Albany & St Lukes. Please note this role is on a seasonal contract from 3 October 2022 until 22 January 2023 inclusive.

During the holiday season, we are a hub of activity, our days are filled with delighting our customers, and wrapping gorgeous gifts for our customers to spoil and treat their loved ones with.

In this role you will

  • Provide a world class customer service experience to each and every customer
  • Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures
  • Manage high volumes of stock and visual merchandising to provided standards
  • Continually expand your knowledge of products and become tea and brewing experts
  • About you

  • Are available over the peak seasonal period
  • Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous
  • Can work in busy and fast-paced environments
  • Acts with customer in mind
  • Works well within a team and readily supports team members
  • Self-motivated and ready to learn
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about working with people
