You will need excellent knowledge of IT & network infrastructure to provide technical leadership for the delivery of end-to-end solutions and BAU operations to one of largest customers.

You will need outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues and terms in plain language to the customer so that the relevance and impact to their business is clearly understood.
Strong technical documentation skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage a virtual team of resources and manage multiple tasks in a high pressured and fast paced environment.
You will lead our business to deliver what will make a real difference to our customer. With support from the wider sales and service teams, you will understand our client intimately and deliver results that matter.
