Yes, then we have an opening for Administrative Coordinator in our Tauranga Centre who has the ability to effectively manage our Office while maintaining given standards of practice, ethics and a harmonious a multi-cultural work environment.

Here is what your day may look like if you were the Administrative Coordinator for a not for profit community organization / NGO.

Tasks.Responsible overall Administration and management of the center.Oversee strategic management of this service including Finance, QA and Operations, Budgeting & Finance.

Responsible for doing Volunteer recruitment and provide support to National HR Coordinator in resolving HR issues for the center.

Responsible for setting up Fundraising target for the center and recruiting Volunteers to achieve it.Have the ability to represent Shakti and its needs within networks including government department and other NGOsAdvocacy and networking.

Responsible for preparing required Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reports.Assisting with Marketing & Promotional Plans for the organization and take initiative for organizations marketing, promotions & networking.

Responsible for maintaining quality standards according to MSD and MOJ guidelines.Assisting in various event management activities.

Have qualifications / degree linked to Business Administration & Management, or Bachelors of Commerce or equivalent and excellent command of English Language is a must for this Job Application.

Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi Language will be an added advantage.Skills / Qualifications Required : Our Ideal candidate should have following skills and attributes : Excellent administration and relationship management skills.

Strong attention to detail - be organized and methodical.Able to work well under pressure, prioritize and multitask effectively.

Be well versed and experienced with MS Office Software including Excel.Empathetic and good listener.Be able to attend network meetings and effectively advocate for Shakti and its cause.

A strong commitment to working with women, children and families; in ensuring their safety, while promoting social equality.
