Duties include : Booking and attending meetingsTaking minutes and creating agenda’sDiary managementAssist with creating reports, presentations and other documentsTyping and formatting presentationsBooking Travel (as required)Organising catering and other eventsAssisting with general administration and project workCovering reception (Shared)Other adhoc duties as requiredTo be successful in this role you will ideally have : 2 + years PA / EA experienceProven experience working in a busy office supporting multiple managersDrive and passion to make a differenceExperience working with diverse communitiesA high degree of respect and confidentialityExcellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlinesAdvanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyFlexibility to take on a variety of tasksThe ability to work well within a team or on your ownDon't miss out on this fantastic opportunity.
