About the role :

We are currently looking for a full-time Clinical Service Coordinator to join our team. This role will foresee the quality of services delivered by Pacific Homecare Support Workers.

Working closely with a skilled team of Service Coordinators and Support Workers the conduit is responsible for the quality of care offered to over 600 clients.

The successes of the role involves the nursing of high-quality service delivery through efficient coordination and management of internal and external service workflows.

Day to day tasks involve :

  • Coaching, supporting, and working with other Service Coordinators as they manage and assess their teams of Support Workers
  • Supervising and training support workers in the delivery of customer-centered services
  • Assessing, planning, monitoring, and reporting on service delivery
  • Building relationships with external service delivery stakeholders to grow services and nurture the development of client offerings
  • Using their health professional qualification and knowledge to continually improve service delivery
  • Key requirements include :

  • Experience in a similar leadership role in a community setting is desirable
  • Cultural awareness, empathy, and sensitivity to both customers and staff
  • Experience in a customer’s service role with an ability to interact at all levels is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Ability to work cohesively and effectively with other team members

  • Ability to prioritise activities to meet role requirements
  • Equipped computer skills (full Microsoft Office suite and CRM applications)
  • Familiarity with Total Quality Management methodologies and principles
  • Experience in reporting, analysis, and trending data
  • Full and clean New Zealand drivers license and current Clinical Certification with a minimum of 2 years of nursing / OT / Physio experience are a must.
