Kia ora! We’re looking for a new Credit Consultant - Hardships to join our awesome Collections team based in Newmarket, Auckland.

You’ll manage hardship applications in our Consumer portfolios. You’ll be liaising directly with clients to discuss and process their applications.

You’re have lots of lending hardship experience. You enjoy helping people and you’re able to manage tough conversations in a kind way.
