We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fleet Manager and Facilities Administrator to join us in our new Fanshawe Street office.

In this role you'll ensure the efficient and professional operation of the Fleet nationwide. You'll also work closely with the Facilities Management Lead to support our Fanshawe Street facilities, while working to maintain a smooth administrative operations and positive environment for all people.

The key responsibilities of the role include :

  • Developing our Fleet Strategy and managing the Fleet optimisation
  • Liaising and assisting the facilities Coordinator for the delivery and pick-up of company vehicles for WOF / service / repairs
  • Processing monthly vehicle logs in Deltek Vision
  • Carrying out weekly inspections of cars with the facilities coordinator
  • Maintaining vehicle maintenance records
  • Day to day running of Facilities working with the team to ensure the office is running smoothly
  • Maintaining Asset Management system
  • Providing reception back-up coverage and ensuring both internal and external clients are greeted in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting the Facilities Management Lead with procurement initiatives, and supplier performance reviews

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • A proactive approach, who likes to take initiative!
  • Supportive mindset - someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
  • A flair for formatting documents and is a MS office superstar / expert
  • Good knowledge and technical strengths in Microsoft Office, Acrobat and Excel, publishing skills, and Sharepoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Strong organisational and time management skills - someone who likes to tick things off and get things done!
  • Confidence to use judgement and make appropriate decisions
