The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join our Wellington Office. You will be joining an existing team of 3 people in our Wellington office and be an integral member of our National Helpdesk Team.

In this role you will be primarily focussed on providing software and hardware support to our Wellington office as well as supporting the National ITS team who provide support over the phone, via email and onsite to people located across our eight offices.

As part of this role, you will be required to be on call for one week on a rotating basis over a six to eight week period.

About you :

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role supporting 500+ staff.
  • Ideally have worked in a corporate environment.
  • Phone, email and face-to-face support experience required.
  • Strong problem management and solution experience.
  • Supported Microsoft Office Products, Windows 10 and Apple MacOS.
  • Hands-on experience working with laptops and mobile phones.
  • Excellent communication skills and pleasant phone manner.
  • Obtained, or working towards MCSA or ITIL.
