Your interpersonal skills will need to be top notch to establish and maintain beneficial relationships with a diverse group of internal stakeholders across our academic teams, and service delivery departments.

If you have a pragmatic common sense approach and are confident communicator you should have no problem ensuring that everyone is on the same page and is heading in the right direction moving the organisation forward to embed, develop and improve the timetabling function.

Key Responsibilities Are :

  • Leading the timetabling development and timetabling team to provide an optimised student experience and associated space utilisation.
  • Providing, developing, and improving timetable procedures, systems and actively manages targets, benchmarks and effective reporting.
  • Delivery of key administrative business tasks supporting the overall timetabling support function contributing to a quality student experience.
  • Strong timetable scheduling understanding and focus on delivery, along with stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability.
  • Relishing planning and leadership you will lead planning and implementation of MITs timetable development. You'll need to be on your toes for when priorities move and demands change;
  • this is not a role for the feint hearted, you will be calling on your resilience, assertiveness and your persuasive charm to get results, whilst being respected for your straight forward approach and relationship skills.
