To help us achieve our digital strategy goals, we're looking for an Analyst II to work as part of our Digital platform to constantly improve our digital products based on customer and business feedback.
Your key responsibilities include : Identify, understand, analyse and help to refine the customer needs of the overallCreate and maintain story maps andCapture and refine User Stories and AcceptanceFacilitate and contribute to the quality of output across the delivery team.
Contribute to ensuring that all events and artefacts produced maintain a focus on customerContribute to the 'can do' attitude of the team by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and investigating and resolvingSupporting frequent releases and the drive towards continuousContribute fully to both the Analyst community and the wider IAG Digital objectives.
Ideally you will need : At least 3 years' IT experience specialising in analysis or similar related roles.Good documentation skills with an understanding of functional requirements, non-
functional requirements and use cases.Good understanding of and exposure to Agile approaches.Able to prototype / mock-up user interfaces and / or output.
Excellent verbal and written presentation, facilitation and communication skills.A systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.
Results oriented, committed to achieving challenging objectives, delivering excellence.A strong ability to spot sensible, effective, straightforward, least risky, least complex solutions.
Not all solutions require an IT component.Comfortable working with both business and technical people.Proven ability to develop technical skills to achieve a high degree of competence.
Experienced in working as part of a team as well as individually.Self-motivated, able to work well with minimal supervision and follow through to see projects through to completion.
A strong customer service ethic.Able to establish relationships and maintain contacts with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
