About the role Ngā āhuatanga o te t ū ranga
Reporting to the CEO as a keymember of the Executive Leadership team, the General Manager Finance will playa key role in looking ahead through the everchanging landscape to ensure thatTaupō District Council is best placed to overcome the challenges and takeadvantage of the opportunities that are coming through Local Government reform.
The highly capable Finance function will allow you to focus on the morestrategic elements of the role providing you with the opportunity to maximisethe value you provide the organisation.

Experience of working in LocalGovernment is of interest, but you may well have gained relevant experiencefrom other sectors.
