Our Insurance Direct Centre is a dynamic and vibrant team of phone based Consultants and Advisors and we are looking for an Insurance Direct Advisor to join our whanau.

This is a permanent, full time position based in Wellington.

Our role

As an Insurance Direct Advisor you will be presenting suitable and quality advice to our customers in line with our purpose and values.

In this role you will be supporting the wider team to help customers and communities thrive by protecting what is important to them and ensuring they are equipped with appropriate knowledge of product and process.

To do this, you’ll gain an in depth knowledge of our products to ensure confident delivery of information.

You’ll need to be able to prioritise effectively to ensure you are providing top level service to our valuable customers.

You’ll also be supported to deliver consistently high levels of performance through sales, quality and productivity. The ability to build rapport quickly and exceptional listening skills to ensure great customer outcomes are also essential to being successful in this role.

Our ideal candidate

A NZ Certificate in Financial Services is required. Excellent attention to detail and a customer focus as well as being proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications and having the ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly is a must.

Team fit is equally as important to us. Someone who is results driven, has a great attitude and interpersonal skills will do well.

We keep the customer at the centre of what we do, so having the ability to identify an approach that meets all stakeholders’ needs is a must.
