Auckland Tāmaki Makaurau The position will be primarily focused on supporting the Account Lead in the effective management of the clients’ real estate portfolios in Asia Pacific.

This will include acting on instructions from the client and the Account Lead and carrying out property management tasks on the account.

Here’s what you’ll focus on :

  • Develop and maintain good client relationships with the key client account personnel by responding to queries promptly, professionally, and effectively, and seeking guidance from the Account lead, where appropriate.
  • Manage lease databases using various software systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data and meet all critical dates.
  • This includes data entry, support, and maintenance of records.

  • Actioning CPI and Variable Rent Reviews accurately and timeously, liaising with landlords and LPI in-country staff to communicate changes in rentals and request tax invoices.
  • Complete payment instructions for rent, property tax, utilities, and insurance payments as per lease obligations, to the correct vendor, at the correct frequency and amounts.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks as required for the account, including coordinating invoices, lease abstraction and maintaining files and records.
  • Liaise with lawyers for the documentation of rent reviews, lease renewals and variations, as required.
  • Create, update and present portfolio management reports on a regular basis, in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Your background :

  • Knowledge of New Zealand property market
  • A recent Graduate and / or recent experience in a property related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
