Our purpose is to create better days and a place at the table for everyone through our trusted food brands. We’re looking to hire an experienced Territory Manager for our Auckland North territory, which covers the North Shore and Northland.

In your role as Territory Manager you will form part of our successful NZ Field Sales team, managing grocery retail accounts across your territory.

Representing our iconic brands in your territory, delivering in-store excellence when it comes to optimal shelf availability and product placement.

You will be a passionate, opportunity centric, results driven individual who thrives in developing rewarding customer partnerships.

Not afraid of rolling your sleeves up, you are just as comfortable doing early morning relays, as you are in high level negotiations about promotional activity.

With Kellogg’s strong brand presence and category leadership, you will be innovative in expanding commercial growth with current retail accounts.

  • This sales territory is significant as it manages some of the largest grocery retail accounts in the country.Key responsibilities : Key account customer relationship managementOversee sales, distribution, speed to market, and promotional objectivesReport on territory sales performance and market trendsDevelop and maintain strong third-party merchandising relationshipsCollaborate across the broader team sharing insights and best practiceLeverage initiative, planning, time management and sales skills to identify and unlock opportunities to expand commercial growth within your territoryManage territory administrative tasks, invoicing, JBP tracking, and pricing claimsSkills, experience and attributes to succeed in this role : Proven sales experience gained within FMCG and / or Grocery environment(s) are ideal;
  • excellent people skills is a mustPrevious success in B2B sales developing strong working partnershipsStrong analytical skillsExcellent written, verbal, negotiation and communication skillsPerseverance and attention to detailsClean driver’s licenseAlong with the above you need to have a passion and drive to succeed, strong influencing skills, agility, and ability to collaborate and engage with an equally motivated and fun team.
